Almost 12 years ago Adam saw a gap in the market as customer service was not a priority for managed ICT providers. Passionate about people, Adam knew he had what it took to disrupt the MSP industry. Since day one, CT has been an organisation that’s central focus is its customers and remains true to that today, continually challenging the team to improve and seek feedback.
Jason thrives on ensuring CT runs as efficiently as possible. You can find Jason moving to wherever the business needs him most, whether that be in an executive leadership meeting or managing construction on a new office. And that’s just how Jason likes it. His favourite part of the role is not knowing what each day will bring, rather he’s always ready to meet any challenge.
Leading the marketing team, Jason’s role is the most varied of any at CT. You’ll often find Jason juggling between organising events, meeting with customers for a case study, updating the website, working on a customer proposal, or designing documents. His favourite part of the role? Strategy. Jason thrives on drawing up long term plans and setting goals to achieve success.
Andy is a natural people person, and it shows. His primary role is to ensure the best possible delivery of products and services to our customers. You’ll constantly find Andy visiting our customers and on the phone with CT staff to ensure we’ve got the best people for the job, every single time. Under Andy’s guidance, CT has won awards for customer service every year since 2013.
Nick is responsible for all things technology. He keeps us ahead of the curve by engaging with emerging technologies and partnering with strategic vendors. Often you’ll find Nick researching and developing ways to change the way schools and businesses interact with technology. And that’s what Nick loves most about his role, the freedom that comes with thinking outside the box.
Walking into CT, you’ll instantly be met with a welcoming smile from Jarrod. Often our first point of contact for customers, Jarrod is vital for setting the high expectations that we have for customer service here at CT. While his day is scattered between managing a large team and meeting people from an array of industries, Jarrod can confidently say he wouldn’t change a thing.
