Our story so far…

Beginning in 2006 from a small garage in Melbourne’s north, founder Adam Centorrino decided to put his passion for technology to use in the local community, with his own high school becoming his first customer.

Skip a few years, and by 2010 we had grown to 20 staff members, moving to a commercial space in Coburg North. As our customer base grew, so did our service offerings with the inclusion of ISP and web hosting services.

Fast forward to today, where we have grown to a team of 80 that works from our new headquarters on Sydney Rd, Coburg. With an ever expanding customer base and a rapidly growing team, we needed to continue to offer new products for our customers. Today, we deliver managed services, cloud solutions, dedicated web hosting, enterprise ISP, collaboration solutions, consulting services and specialised training.

Our Purpose

We exist to empower every person from the classroom to the boardroom. We do this by creating an environment where our people love their work and deliver over and above customer’s expectations.

Adam Centorrino Managing Director

Almost 12 years ago Adam saw a gap in the market as customer service was not a priority for managed ICT providers. Passionate about people, Adam knew he had what it took to disrupt the MSP industry. Since day one, CT has been an organisation that’s central focus is its customers and remains true to that today, continually challenging the team to improve and seek feedback.

Jason MaricchioloHead of Operations

Jason thrives on ensuring CT runs as efficiently as possible. You can find Jason moving to wherever the business needs him most, whether that be in an executive leadership meeting or managing construction on a new office. And that’s just how Jason likes it. His favourite part of the role is not knowing what each day will bring, rather he’s always ready to meet any challenge.

Jason AmatoHead of Marketing

Leading the marketing team, Jason’s role is the most varied of any at CT. You’ll often find Jason juggling between organising events, meeting with customers for a case study, updating the website, working on a customer proposal, or designing documents. His favourite part of the role?  Strategy. Jason thrives on drawing up long term plans and setting goals to achieve success.

Andy RankinHead of Product

Andy is a natural people person, and it shows. His primary role is to ensure the best possible delivery of products and services to our customers. You’ll constantly find Andy visiting our customers and on the phone with CT staff to ensure we’ve got the best people for the job, every single time. Under Andy’s guidance, CT has won awards for customer service every year since 2013.

Nick IacobucciHead of Technology

Nick is responsible for all things technology. He keeps us ahead of the curve by engaging with emerging technologies and partnering with strategic vendors. Often you’ll find Nick researching and developing ways to change the way schools and businesses interact with technology.  And that’s what Nick loves most about his role, the freedom that comes with thinking outside the box.

Matthew WillieHead of Sales & Strategy

A disciplined and pragmatic approach to delivering business outcomes, strong technical expertise, thorough understanding of business strategy, technology delivery, business operations, governance & change management, Matthew has been able to contribute significantly to the success of many businesses across the Asia Pacific region through digital and transformative strategies.
