Centorrino Technologies (CT) has won two awards at the prestigious 2021 CSIA Service Excellence Awards in the Customer Service Executive of the Year and Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre categories.

Congratulations to Adam Centorrino, our Founder and CEO, who won the Executive of the Year award as the Australian executive who best demonstrates customer service leadership.

Congratulations also to all the Service Desk team members at CT, who were justly rewarded for their efforts after another challenging lockdown-affected year and took out the Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre award.

This is the ninth consecutive year that CT has won at least one CSIA award, building on a celebrated track record of customer service success. Notably, CT’s Service Desk has now notched up three consecutive wins as a contact centre, with wins in 2020 and 2021 for Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre and a win in 2019 for Service Excellence in a Small Contact Centre.

‘Winning back-back-to-back awards as a contact centre is a wonderful recognition of our team’s amazing commitment to service excellence, especially because it means we have successfully scaled without compromising service,’ Adam Centorrino said. ‘I’m immensely proud of each and every team member for how they live and breathe customer service.

Adam Centorrino’s win as Executive of the Year is a long-deserved victory after finishing runner-up in both 2020 and 2018.

‘It’s incredibly humbling to be recognised as the Executive of the Year in a very strong field,’ Centorrino said. ‘As an executive, it’s important to note that my success represents the wider success of the CT team. My award is only possible because our team members buy in to our vision to be the best customer service company in Australia.’

Andrew Rankin, our Chief Customer Officer, also mentioned how these awards were especially meaningful given the challenging circumstances of the past two years.

‘In a time where supporting each other has never been more important, I’m pleased that Australian organisations have continued to show such a strong focus on the customer experience,’ Rankin said. ‘Congratulations to all the highly deserving winners on the night.’

CT has also secured Service Champion awards in the Customer Service Organisation of the Year — Medium Business and Customer Service Project of the Year — Continuous Improvement awards.

The CSIA has published the full list of winners here.

About the CSIA Awards

Nominees are judged according to the International Customer Service Standard and scored across four perspectives: Culture, Consistency, Quality, and Performance.
