As part of our Extreme Network Management package, we deploy a powerful remote monitoring and management tool to each device we are supporting. This enables us to monitor the devices health, event logs and general performance and pro-actively interact with the device prior to the user reporting an issue. This pro-active approach has proven advantages including a reduced number of helpdesk requests and a more productive and efficient workforce due to the lower total number of issues.
Our team will manage your 3rd party vendors including Internet Providers and Software Vendors to manage your risks, control costs and drive service excellence. We will regularly be in touch with these vendors to ensure we maintain a healthy and beneficial relationship for your organisation. We work with your business to ensure that we are maintaining a vendor line up which is not only able to meet the needs of your business today, but also your needs of tomorrow.
Remote Helpdesk Support
A large number of requests and issues are able to be actioned by a team of highly experienced and friendly professionals whose role it is to get the user back online as quickly as possible. Utilizing our state-of-the-art remote management platforms, our customer service focused helpdesk team are able to remotely log into the users workstation and provide assistance to get them back up and running. Our Extreme Network Management package includes an unlimited quantity of helpdesk requests.
There are occasionally issues that the helpdesk is unable to solve due to either a hardware failure or another issue preventing the helpdesk from gaining access. Our Extreme Network Management includes unlimited onsite visits to ensure your platform is running smoothly each and every day.
Your back end infrastructure is managed by a specialist team of experts who work hand in hand with our Onsite and Remote Support teams to ensure the infrastructure is correctly monitored and managed.
Backup & DR Management
We take a slightly different approach to managing backups. We believe the backup and restoration procedures must support the risk tolerance levels of the business. We perform nightly (more frequently if the business requires) backups of your mission critical data and implement disaster recovery solutions to get you back up and running quickly in the event of an emergency. This can be as simple as routine restores of your backups to confirm the backups are working to live-live datacentre replications of your servers and core assets.
We can manage your procurement processes. We calculate a budget with you for hardware for each type of employee and as employees are on-boarded, a device will be procured to suit the budget and function of the user. We also provide competitive pricing on other hardware and software requirements.
