CT is currently a Finalist in the Customer Service Organisation of the Year — Medium Business, Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre, and Customer Service Project of the Year — Continuous Improvement categories.

Two employees have also won Finalist nominations in individual categories. Our CEO Adam Centorrino is a Finalist in the Customer Service Executive of the Year category, and our Head of Projects Beti Nicolas has been nominated as a Customer Service Manager of the Year.

Hosted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), the peak association in the country for customer service, the Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs) are the nation’s premier customer service awards program and attract hundreds of nominations each year.

The ASEAs recognise the Australian organisations who have best demonstrated their commitment to customer service best practice, performance and innovation over the past 12 months. All Finalists will receive a framed certificate and letter of support from the Prime Minister of Australia.

‘We’re incredibly grateful to be a CSIA Finalist in so many categories this year,’ Adam Centorrino said. ‘It’s testament to every one of our team members being absolutely committed to service excellence. Personally, it’s also very humbling to be nominated for the Executive of the Year award in a highly competitive field.’

‘It’s very humbling to be nominated,’ Beti Nicolas agreed. ‘Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s fantastic recognition for how much hard work the whole organisation has put into helping our clients.’

The winners will be announced at the annual ASEAs Gala Dinner in October.

Nominees undergo a rigorous judging process led by the CSIA in accordance with the International Customer Service Standard, which consists of 24 elements on a 0-10 scale. The Standard applies equally to corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations of all sizes and across all industries.

The nominations build on our company’s exceptional track record at the ASEAs, as an eight-time past winner with awards in every year since 2013. Notably, our company won the ‘2020 Best of the Best’ award as the most impressive organisation judged against all other category winners.

The full list of nominees can be found on the official CSIA website.
