A decade of success: our 10th consecutive win at the CSIA customer service awards

We’re pleased to announce that CT has done it yet again, becoming a finalist for multiple award categories at the upcoming Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs) for a record breaking twelve consecutive years.

May was certainly an event-filled month and wow did we immerse ourselves into every interaction. There was the launch of Women in IT, The IT Brains Trust, ASBA Conference, PAVCSS Conference, and the AISNSW ICT & Leadership Conference on the Gold Coast! Here’s what our team learnt on the ground.

CT has become one of only fifteen providers in Australia to achieve the Australian Federal Government’s Certified Strategic Service Provider (CSSP) certification under the Hosting Certification Framework for its cloud services.
