Our History
Founded in Melbourne in 2006, CT has grown to being one of Australia’s largest and most respected IT Service Providers.
Originally founded during a period where many Australian companies were offshoring their contact and support centres, it was clear that the quality of support end users could expect was only going to diminish. Being passionate about Customer Service and committed to continuously improving, our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Adam Centorrino set out to build a team of people that could become a trusted partner to its customers.
Over the years, this passion for customer service excellence has only grown and we’ve built a reputation for excellence in customer service, engineering, continuous improvement and providing reliable and fitting advice to each and every customer.
Our primary business function is to provide timely and reliable technical support to our customers and to help them build an IT environment that meets their organizations needs of today and prepares them for the organization they want to be tomorrow.
