1. Worry Free Repairs Guarantee
At CT we are firm believers that if its fixed correctly the first time, you shouldn't have the same problem again. For this reason we warrant our onsite work for fourteen days and our remote technical support for three days. Meaning we guarantee you won't experience the exact same issue again within the warranty period, otherwise we will repair it free of charge.
In some cases however, a similar problem may arise which seems to be the same problem but upon further investigation, doesn't seem to be so. You understand and acknowledge that in this case, this is not covered by our Worry Free Repairs Guarantee and thus charges apply as normal.
2. Solution Based Invoicing Guarantee
Ensuring a solution is provided to your problem is highly important to us here at CT. Our solution based invoicing guarantee means that if we are unable to provide you with a solution to the problems you are experiencing, we will not charge you for our services.
In some cases however, the solution may be that your need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware. If this is the case, you understand and acknowledge that we have met our Solution Based Invoicing Guarantee commitments to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you chose to execute or implement that solution.
