Our servers are configured in banks (groups of identically configured servers) with a common hardware load balancer configured to monitor the status and load of each server. If a fault is determined with a specific server, the load balancer automatically re-routes all traffic to another server in the same bank.

Similarly a master Load Balancer is used to monitor the banks of servers to ensure that each bank is working effectively. Given that your website is not restricted to the one bank, and that any server across any bank, in any datacenter can process your request, we are able to provide you with a true service uptime guarantee unlike anyone else.

All of our servers are monitored by our Network Operations Command Centre (NOCC) to ensure any faults are detected and repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible.
