CENTORRINO Technologies maintains two datacentres, one located in the Melbourne CBD and one located in outer Melbourne, ensuring adequate distance between the two centres for effective disaster recovery. Both of our Datacentres deliver a 99.9% Network and Power Service Level Agreement. Each of our datacentre features have been listed below.
Melbourne CDB Datacentre (Primus Telecom Facility)
● Redundant power in each rack delivered via four separate circuits in each 42RU rack. Each circuit is then connected to uninterruptable power provided by backup power feeds, UPS Systems and generators with 48 hour onsite fuel storages.
● Bandwidth provided by multiple carriers including PIPE Networks, PrimusTelecom, Optus and Uecomm. This ensures unparalleled performance and reliability.
● Internal networks (including core datacentre infrastructure) uses enterprise grade Cisco and Juniper switches, firewalls and routers.
● Air-conditiond and climate controlled environments maintain datacentre temperatures of eighteen degrees Celsius in our Kilsyth facility, and twenty-two degrees Celsius in our Melbourne CBD facility. Both facilities also maintain redundant air temperature cooling systems for redundancy.
● Fire detection and suppression systems throughout facilities.
● Extreme datacentre security, including 24x7 CCTV surveillance and swipe card access.
● 24x7 Onsite technical support staff at datacentre
● 24x7 CT Network Operations Command Centre monitoring network and systems

Outer Melbourne Datacentre (Located more than 35KM from Primus Facility)
